I never thought that photography would become more than a hobby for me.  I spent my childhood dreaming of becoming a mad scientist. Then at some point between studying biotechnology and travelling around Scotland I realised that photography had taken over every minute of my spare time (and not-so-spare time too!) So I swapped biology and chemistry books for `how-to harness the power of light using only one`s brain and camera`, and instead of wasting time on finding Darwin`s missing link, I started befriending Photoshop and the rest...

People are the subject of my main interest and I am also fascinated by High-Dynamic-Range photography (no, not the oversaturated things the mobile phones can do!).

In 2012 I graduated with distinction from the University of Abertay, Dundee with BA in Photography. In the past my work has been exhibited in Edinburgh, London, Paris and San Jose. Some of my images were also published in magazines in USA and Hong Kong.

If you like my work and would like to book me, have any questions about how any of my photos were done, want to order a lovely print/canvas for your living room wall, or just want to say hi - DO get in touch and drop me a message through the Contact form!
